The members of the forensic & litigation service team that we assign to your engagement
are professionals possessing broad accounting, tax and business
experience in the traditional disciplines, as well as forensic
accounting and fraud auditing across a broad spectrum of business
organizations and industries.
David H. Glusman, CPA, DABFA, Cr.FA, CFS – David
heads our Forensic & Litigation Services Group and has over 33 years
of experience in public accounting. David has provided litigation
services in matters involving the allocation of reinsurance obligations
among Lloyd’s entities, lost profits calculations, business
valuation issues, accountants’ malpractice and many economic

Joseph S. Barbagallo, CPA, CVA, CFFA, CFD, CFS, CFI, ABV – Joe
is licensed as a certified public accountant in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He provides a variety
of services including accounting, audit, tax, business consulting,
business valuations, forensic accounting and litigation support services for both individuals

Michael J. Molder, JD, CPA, CFE, Associate
Director - Michael
is
associate director of Margolis & Company's Forensic & Litigation Services
Group. Michael uses more than twenty years of forensic accounting
experience to help solve cases involving allegations of financial
impropriety. He has acted as both counsel and accounting expert
in such
matters, and his experience has included pending or threatened
litigation as well as internal investigations of financial misconduct.
