BALA CYNWYD, PA  -June 2008 – Michael J. Molder, JD, CPA, CFE has been named Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of

Certified Valuation Analysts (NAVCA). Michael is Associate Director of the Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support Services Group at

Margolis & Company P.C.
 

Michael Molder brings with him more than twenty years of forensic accounting experience to help solve cases involving allegations of financial

impropriety. He has acted as both counsel and accounting expert in such matters and his experience has included pending or threatened litigation as

well as internal investigations of financial misconduct.

Michael lectures on a variety of accounting and corporate governance topics including accountant ethics, generally accepted accounting principles and

financial statement manipulation. He is also a frequent presenter in Margolis & Company’s CLE seminar programs at law firms throughout the region.

A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with an accounting degree in 1984, Michael received his Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of

Law. In addition to NACVA, Michael is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  

  Michael resides in Wynnewood, PA with his wife, Leslie, an attorney, and their son and daughter.
