Principal
Joe Coluzzi’s accounting career began after he graduated
from St. Joseph’s University in 1967. Joe served as managing principal from 1993 until 2007. His creative
energy, dynamic personality, and dedication has lead Margolis & Company
to the forefront of middle-market certified public accounting firms.
Joe provides advisory services for clients in a wide-range of
industries, from closely-held businesses to large publicly-owned
companies and also helps entrepreneurial companies grow and add
value to their organizations. He has earned an excellent reputation
for his expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, mergers
and acquisitions, and estate planning. Joe has over 35 years
experience in analyzing and structuring real estate ventures.
He
combines his successful business and consulting background with
his innovative programming skills and developed numerous proprietary
software programs to help clients in making various business
decisions. These programs assist clients with financial analysis,
strategic decision-making, financial modeling, business valuation,
personal financial planning and estate planning.
Joe is
a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of
Certified Public Accountants (AICPA & PICPA). He
is recognized as an impressive presenter and is often requested
