Lawrence S. Simon, CPA
Principal
Larry Simon has been a Principal at Margolis & Company P.C.
since 1975. He is Principal-in-Charge of the Health Care
Services Group and has years of successful experience in providing
specialized services to physicians in solo and group practices.
He has assisted many physician clients with the complex issues
involved in mergers/acquisitions as well as the development of
MSOs and IPAs.
Larry’s other areas of expertise include the
restaurant and entertainment industries as well as professional
and business services. A graduate of Temple University in 1966
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Larry is a member
of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(PICPA). Larry is a former chairman of the PICPA state committee
on small business. He teaches accounting and other related financial
courses at the University of Pennsylvania and has authored numerous
articles.
